Registration Requirements
The PinUp gaming site establishes rules for applicants. The casino team reviews each application to ensure compliance. Only players who meet these requirements receive access:

Bet Settlement
Pin Up uses the same bet settlement rules for casino rounds and sportsbook bets. The list below explains how staff resolve each outcome.
- A bet becomes void if the event does not fulfill the required conditions for completion;
- If the organizer cancels an event, PinUp returns all stakes to the account;
- Partial payouts apply. The sportsbook issues returns if a portion of a multi-selection bet does not complete;
- A system or multi bet includes several legs. Each leg is settled independently. Valid remaining legs pay out as usual;
- When a technical issue stops play, Pin-Up must void the round. The bet settlement rules require this action.
Bonus Rules for Players
The Pin Up bonus rules outline two separate offers, each with specific limits. New participants need to review all conditions before activating any reward.
- Each player can activate only one welcome bonus. Casino and sportsbook welcome offers cannot be claimed at the same time;
- Players must meet the promotion requirements, such as registration, account verification, or a qualifying deposit, to activate any promo;
- Only one active bonus or promotion can usually be used per account;
- Bonus funds and any winnings from them must be wagered according to the promotion's terms before they become available for withdrawal;
- Every bonus has an expiration date. Any unused bonus funds or free spins may be removed after the promotion expires;
- The casino may refuse rewards or cancel bonus winnings if it detects multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or abuse of promotional offers.
Prohibited Actions
Each account holder must not engage in specific actions, otherwise, the gaming company may suspend their activity on the site and delete their account. The following list shows what you mustn’t do:
- Every player can only have a single account. If the casino finds duplicate accounts, it can suspend or permanently shut them down;
- Don't give false personal information. You can't register or finish verification using fake names, addresses, or any other incorrect details;

- Don't use another person's payment account. Deposits and withdrawals must come from payment accounts registered in your own name;

- Don't team up with other players. Working together on bets or gameplay with other users to gain an unfair advantage is completely banned;
- Asking for unjustified payment reversals after using deposited funds could lead to your account getting permanently blocked;
- Don't submit fake documents. Altered or forged identity documents will result in verification failure and your account being closed.

Pin Up collects personal and financial information from registered users and specifies points about how it manages player data privacy:
- The data collected contains name, contact details, payment information, and identification documents;
- The purpose is to create accounts, verify identities, and process transactions when required;
- Third-party sharing takes place when payment processors and KYC providers obtain data;
- Pin-Up maintains records on player data privacy for a duration specified in its license terms.
